How do I add another contact?

Your contacts will receive information for your active and recommended service and will be able to open tickets to our support. You can manage your contacts if you follow the steps below:

  1. Log in your hosting control panel (

  2. Navigate to the horizontal menu at the top. Click on 'Settings'.


  3. Click on 'Customer Information'. You will see your overview.

  4. To the left on your screen, follow 'Contacts'.


  5. To add a new contact look below the table of existing contacts – click on the '+ Add contact' button.

  6. Fill in the contact details, and the preferred language and click on 'Add Contact'.

  7. If you did it right you will see your confirmation message ‘Your contact has been added’.
